Welcome to the official website of the Delta of Tau Epsilon Phi Alumni Club. If you are an alumnus, we hope that you will take the time to send us your contact information. We hope to reconnect you with other alumni with whom you shared your time at Delta and Cornell, and with the alumni club itself.
The Delta Chapter of Tau Epsilon Phi fraternity was founded on November 18, 1913. Benjamin Pologe, a newly-initiated brother from Alpha Chapter at Columbia University, became a student at Cornell in the fall of 1913 and the nucleus of the new Delta Chapter. He was joined by Robert Menaker, Henry Klauber, Charles Roth, Julius Samkoff, and Louis Swerdlove as the as the founding brothers of Delta on November 18. Delta grew to become the "jewel" of Tau Epsilon Phi in those early days, and distinguished itself as a chapter that reached out to students beyond the traditional fraternity membership of professional school students.
